hybopt - Software for Hybrid Dynamic Model Optimal Control and Identification

This page is for hybopt, the software I created during my graduate research on hybrid dynamic (mechanistic/empirical) systems. It includes all software used to generate the results in my dissertation. This software has very little documentation, and is mainly intended for use by other researchers who would like to verify or extend my results without having to write all the software I had to write. hybopt is Free software, distributed under the GNU GPL license.
